TESLA Alliance and TUMO Begin Cooperation on Technology Education in Serbia

TESLA Alliance has become TUMO’s strategic partner in Serbia. The Memorandum of Understanding signed by the parties provides a framework for exploring the establishment of Serbia’s first TUMO Center for Creative Technologies and the further development of the TUMO Serbia initiative.
About TUMO
TUMO is an international education model founded in Armenia in 2011, offering teenagers free learning opportunities at the intersection of technology and creative industries.
Today, TUMO operates an international network of educational centers. TUMO centers are present in Germany, France, Portugal, Argentina, Japan, Armenia, Albania and other countries, and the initiative continues to expand internationally. More than 40,000 teenagers take part in TUMO programs worldwide every week.
Students develop practical skills in programming, robotics, game and web development, 3D modeling, graphic design, animation, filmmaking, music and generative artificial intelligence.
One of TUMO’s main strengths is that young people begin developing technology skills well before entering university or the workforce. Over time, this can help create a continuous pathway from school and TUMO to university, startups and technology companies, R&D and technology entrepreneurship.
For Serbia, the initiative could provide additional opportunities to develop technology education for young people and help prepare future professionals in areas such as IT, artificial intelligence, robotics, gaming and creative technologies.
During the first stage of cooperation, TESLA Alliance and TUMO will explore the practical feasibility of implementing the initiative in Serbia. This will include consultations with public institutions, educational organizations and major companies that may be interested in participating in the project.
We will share further updates as the initiative develops.
