An International Platform Oriented Toward Results
This marks the second investment dialogue within the TESLA Investment Days framework this year. As a reminder, these events take place once every three months in a new host country. The previous event was held in Kyrgyzstan, and this time Kazakhstan served as the platform for the meeting. The TESLA Investment Days format provides a direct venue for investors, development institutions, chambers of commerce and industry, technology companies, and authors of promising projects to meet.
The primary distinction of the TESLA Investment Days format is its focus not on declarations of intent, but on practical results: establishing direct business contacts, identifying investment opportunities, and launching tangible partnerships between companies from various nations.
Experience has shown that following TESLA Investment Days, participants conclude actual agreements with partners from different countries and engage in collaborative business ventures. In the report delivered by Konstantin Naumov, Director of TESLA Investment Days, specific performance metrics demonstrating the effectiveness of this format were presented.

Core Objective: Connecting Markets, Technology, and Capital
The principal theme of this meeting was the agricultural industry. The business dialogue focused on three practical objectives:
Familiarizing companies from Serbia and other participating countries interested in entering the Kazakh market with its specific characteristics, export support measures, and the features of local legislation.
Presenting Serbian companies and international partners to potential clients and partners in Kazakhstan and Central Asia to establish direct contacts.
Identifying promising joint projects in the fields of agricultural technologies, digital solutions, innovative manufacturing, and industrial cooperation.
Kazakhstan as a Growth Point for AgroTech Solutions
The participation of the Farmers Association of Kazakhstan — the country’s largest association of agricultural producers, encompassing 75,000 members across all regions — was of particular significance. This allowed the discussion to be brought to a highly practical level, moving from a global agenda to the concrete needs of agricultural businesses, farms, machinery manufacturers, technology providers, and investors.

Presentations by International Companies: Serbian Technologies for the Kazakh Market
In the analytical segment of the program, experts reviewed the potential of Kazakhstan's agricultural sector, the legal framework, and state support measures. For foreign companies, this represents a ready-made roadmap for a systematic entry into the markets of Central Asia.
In the business segment, a presentation of leading Serbian companies and institutes was held for potential partners from Central Asia (totaling over 120 registered participants). The following companies, having successfully passed a competitive selection process, presented their advanced developments, products, and services:
BSK DOO — demonstration of high-tech agricultural equipment and mechanization solutions;
FarmBooker — presentation of a modern IT platform for digital farm management and agribusiness optimization;
Institute of Vegetable Crops (Smederevska Palanka) — the research institute presented cutting-edge solutions in breeding, seed production, and biotechnology;

Additionally, within the framework of the business program, companies and technological projects from other participating countries delivered presentations.
Spectrum of Presented Technological Solutions
Overall, within the technological block, international participants demonstrated mature projects in the following key areas:
Satellite monitoring and "digital agronomist" systems;
Robotization of existing agricultural machinery without requiring its replacement;
Autonomous mini-greenhouses and urban farming;
Biological plant protection and the application of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).
Vector of Development: The Next Dialogue to be Hosted by the Republika Srpska
A logical continuation of the efforts to forge an investment and technological bridge will be the expansion of the meetings' geography. A major outcome of the online dialogue was the designation of the next hosting party, which will be the Republika Srpska.
This milestone will strengthen the connections between the Balkan region, Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and other international markets.
Conclusion
TESLA Investment Days is solidifying its position as an effective tool for international cooperation. It serves as a platform where promising projects gain direct access to investors and clients, and capital acquires the opportunity to review mature, ready-to-implement technological solutions.
The TESLA Alliance will continue to develop international business bridges and support innovative companies in the fields of AgroTech, AI, Robotics, and Industrial Tech on their path to scaling up.
