The governance structure of the TESLA Alliance comprises a Board of Trustees, the TESLA Alliance Council, and Ambassadors representing individual countries and regions. The circle of ecosystem participants and governance bodies continues to expand in line with the Alliance’s international development.
Day-to-day operations and the implementation of ongoing initiatives are supported by the TESLA Alliance management team, which ensures coordination across projects, programs, and partnerships. The management structure is continuously evolving as the scope and scale of the Alliance’s activities grow.
